It isn't easy, but then again why would it be when the potential rewards are so high. Of course, we expect you to keep your side of the bargain. This is definitely not a boring nine-to-five job. It could almost be described as a way of life, where you demonstrate total commitment and put in whatever is necessary to achieve your goals.
The Role:
The work is mainly telephone based, so you should have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with candidates. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs, organising interviews and writing advertising copy for the trade press and online media. Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. Previous experience is not necessary as a comprehensive training programme is provided. However, some sales experience would be an advantage.

All staff members are consulted periodically to map out a clear career path specific to each individual taking into account the employee’s interest and abilities, business requirements and market opportunities.
Rewards:
There are very few industries where, success is so well rewarded. On top of your basic salary (negotiated according to experience), you will enjoy one of the most generous commission schemes in the industry. Commission is uncapped, so you will have full responsibility and control of your earnings. You will personally receive a direct percentage of revenues, which increases in line with the amount of income you generate for the company. In addition we have a monthly prize for the highest biller as well as a variety of other incentive schemes. It is not unusual to earn £50,000+ in your first year, and many consultants go on to earn six figures in their second year.
